The Telegram Office has updated its privacy statement to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The lawful basis for processing customer data under the GDPR is as follows.
(a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for you to process their personal data for a specific purpose.
The recipient names and addresses you provide are used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your telegram order and are permanently deleted one week after the order is completed.
The customer name and email address you provide is retained for the purpose of making contact with you regarding our service and for marketing.
You the customer have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you wish to do so, please use our contact form with the customer name and email address you used for your order with the message, “Request to withdraw consent”. Contact us.
You the customer have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think there is a problem with the way The Telegram Office handles your data.
