Special Delivery Guaranteed® is a Royal Mail guarantee that they will attempt to deliver the telegram to the recipient address the next day. This assumes that there will be someone at the address to receive the telegram. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not issue a refund if no one is present to receive it.
In some remote destinations usually in Scotland, Royal Mail will not guarantee next day delivery. We will not know this until we hand it over at the Post Office. When this happens we will continue with your order and notify you.
By continuing with your order you accept that both Special Delivery Guaranteed® and Standard 1st Class post come with some risk.

We rely on the Royal Mail and overseas postal services for international delivery to collect and deliver your order. The estimated delivery times below are taken from the Royal Mail website.
There may be delays due to service disruption and country of destination. Please allow plenty of extra time for UK deliveries and double check with Royal Mail for estimated delivery times for overseas.
